Q: Shipping

Our fulfillment operation processes orders M-F 9am - 3:00pm EST except during a race week. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Upgrading your shipping from ground freight expedites the shipping portion of your order only. After it has been completed, your order will be delivered based on the shipping method chosen during check out. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

We also offer international shipping. Please contact to place an international order.

Q: Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We will gladly accept approved returns or exchanges of products 14 days from the date of receiving your order. If the received date cannot be proven (no tracking information), the 14 days will be based from its order date. Please contact for additional information on how to return an item.

Return items must be in new/unworn condition.

Refund amount will be the amount paid minus shipping fees.

Any item that is defective will be fully exchanged and customer will not be responsible for return shipping fees. If the order is free of errors, customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways when returning or requesting for an exchange.
