Upgrading your shipping from ground freight expedites the shipping portion of your order only. After it has been completed, your order will be delivered based on the shipping method chosen during check out. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

We will gladly accept approved returns or exchanges of products 14 days from the date of receiving your order. If the received date cannot be proven (no tracking information), the 14 days will be based from its order date.
